Kyla Hastings,


Kyla Hastings is trained and certified in Stott Mat and Reformer Pilates. She has been practicing Pilates since 2006, starting after the birth of her oldest daughter, in hopes of strengthening core muscles and alleviating low back pain. The benefits of her core training has been outstanding. She specializes in Athletic Conditioning and Pre/Post natal Stott tracts.

Kyla likes to live a healthy and active lifestyle, challenging herself with new fitness activities such as Triathlons, lifting weights, kettlebells, and yoga. Outside of the studio she loves to stay busy with her two daughters and husband!
