Program


Our program is designed to be a 8 week training program with testing included. Clients will meet with a trainer at least 2 times a week with a possible third workout held as a small group of no more than three athletes, Each athlete’s program is individually designed. Athletes must communicate with trainers on how they are feeling before and after each workout to ensure proper progress. Athletes must also be committed to the program to see results. Due to the intensity of this program it is important the athlete/parent communicates with other current trainers and or coaches about the Isaak Studios program. Your trainer will be available to speak with other professionals, if requested by the athlete. The program age requirement: beginning the summer prior to their Freshman year and old.
